Rental Process
Applying for your new apartment home has never been easier. Simply decide at which of our properties you want to live, click here to complete an application, and then sign electronically. We usually process new applications in three business days or less.
An application fee of $35 per adult applicant is due at the time you submit your application which can be paid using credit, debit or ACH. You can also come into any one of our offices to submit your application and your fee.
Once your application is approved you will be asked to submit a $200 non-refundable holding fee for the apartment of your choice and a move-in date will be agreed upon. When you move in the holding fee will go toward your first month’s rent.
When your move in date arrives, you will sign the rental agreement, pay the balance of your security deposit and rent, and move in. Welcome to your new home!!
