What qualifications are you looking for in an apartment applicant?
We look at your income and employment, past rental history, criminal background, and your credit history. Past problems may not necessarily disqualify you as we try and look at the application as a whole. All applications are reviewed subject to all Fair Housing Laws. What types of leases do you have?
All of our leases are one year. Leases renew AUTOMATICALLY for another year at the then current “market rate” for the leased premises, UNLESS either Tenants or Owners notify the other party in writing at least thirty days prior to expiration that they do not wish this Agreement to continue on any basis. A month to month renewal option may be available for an additional monthly rental amount. Please see your property manager for details.
How much are security deposits?
Security deposits are typically one month’s rent. A higher deposit may be required if an applicant has a poor rental history or has credit issues. For additional information please speak with one of our apartment managers.
Do you allow pets?
Pines Village Apartments permits cats and dogs with some limitations. At present, our other communities do not allow cats or dogs.
